Postpartum body workshop/workout

Alrighty mommas! Learn about how to safely navigate our bodies after baby. How to strengthen your core and begin a strength program after baby. You will learn about what is involved in rehab for the core and pelvic floor and let’s do a workout too!
Pregnant moms encouraged to join too!
This will be small group so please rsvp and reserve your spot.
