It’s here!! A fitness series to help you rehab your body after baby AND you can bring your baby. Very limited spots so please respond now.
A progressive series that helps you to learn how to move your body safely and rehab your core. Let’s address or prevent common postpartum issues like incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse, low back pain, and hip pain etc.
Ladies we CAN feel strong in our body! Let’s get back into doing what we love! Whether it’s jogging, crossfit or maybe we want to be able to jump on the trampoline or cough/sneeze without leaking.
Spaces limited to 4 moms, babies can be crawling but not running lol. Please send Jaime Kemp a message to lock your spot or have any questions.
Class times tuesday and thursday 10-11 am for 6 weeks. Cost 240$
