Postnatal Fitness Series

This amazing 6 week course is specifically designed to help women recover from childbirth, prepare for all the physical demands of motherhood and return to the fitness of choice. We learn breath and alignment and bring it into movement patterns. Common, not normal, postpartum ailments like leaking, diastasis recti, pelvic pain/pressure, and back pain that are often “brushed off” are all addressed. You don’t need to live with these uncomfortable symptoms!
I want to give you the confidence to return to the activity of choice, whether its picking your toddler up without pain or competitive Crossfit. This semi-private small group class allows movements to be customized for you and the community of mommas is amazing.
Biweekly class for 6 weeks.
