Postnatal Fitness Series

Here it is moms!! If you have ever had a baby this series is for you. A 6 week biweekly class that is geared towards strengthening your core. Help alleviate low back/hip pain, incontinence, diastasis recti, or learn how to exercise with prolapse. This is meant to help rehab our bodies after baby.
This series is meant for all mommas, experienced or new to exercise. Pregnancy changes our body, and motherhood changes us. We can gain strength and move towards feeling like ourselves again.
This fun series is broken into bite size pieces to help you learn in a sustainable way and is taught by an experienced trainer specializing in the Pre and postnatal period.
Get back into doing what you love, or just get stronger to keep up with the kids and feel good in our skin again
