You need this information my friends! Our bodies go through sooo many changes in pregnancy and beyond. By learning to strengthen and modify you will have the tools for not only helping to relieve all the aches and pains that come with the territory but help prevent more.
Exercise in pregnancy can help provide a shorter, “easier” labor and delivery. It can also give you more confidence to “do this thing”. There are also movements that can help release muscles that are stuck, help the baby move into a more optimal position for birth and so much more.
The tools I will give you will also help you move into the 4th trimester. New and experienced mommas will benefit from learning this information.
A series of 6 classes once a week (bc I know your plate is already full of appointments) with a specialist in prenatal and postnatal fitness.
