Beginner Strength Training Class

We all know how important it is to lift weights, how much it influences our quality of life at any age really. Going to the gym can be very intimidating and it may not be in your budget to hire a personal trainer that can show you how to safely strength train. Join us for a biweekly class that will start with where YOU are and help you to learn how to lift weights in a safe and fun environment.
A bonus will be how you “bulletproof” your core muscles to optimize your form, prevent injury for the long haul. We will utilize bodyweight, bands, dumbbells and kettlebells to build overall strength. Most things in life can really be improved just by getting stronger.
These classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30pm.
