Have you been through a postpartum body 101 workshop or postnatal fitness series and want more??? Oh yeah! We will do a full body workout and use what we have learned to continue to build strength and fitness in a way that safe for our post-baby bodies. We can increase intensity and work toward whatever YOUR goals are. Twice a week is so good to help give you the foundation of strength and energy to keep up with your kiddos, or maybe your goal is to work up to running again or repping out some pull-ups . We program all the workouts with modifications so you can start from where you are and work your way up. Keeping it small group, semi-private will allow me to focus on you! Preregistration is required.
