Have you been through a postpartum body 101 workshop or postnatal fitness series and want more??? Oh yeah! We will do a full body workout and use what we have learned to continue to build strength and fitness in a way that safe for our post-baby bodies. We can increase intensity and work toward whatever YOUR goals are.
Keeping it small group, semi-private will allow me to focus on you. Sign up is required.
